Rubbish and Recycling Quick Answers

Do you have unusual items for rubbish collection?

The following items will be collected on your usual trash collection day, simply place them at the street with your normal refuse.

• Mattress/Box Springs
• Televisions
  
• Toilets/Non-Metal Sinks
  
• Household Furniture (couches, recliners, wooden furnishings)
  
• Microwaves
  
• Solidified Latex Paint/Empty Paint Cans
  
• Carpet/Carpet padding (rolled and tied, do not exceed 6' lengths)
  
• Lumber (cut into manageable pieces and bundle)

Holidays

Does your rubbish/recycling day coincide with a holiday that cancels collection?
Collections will always be made the following business day after a holiday. Collection days that do not fall on the actual holiday are not affected and remain as scheduled.

Set out your garbage and recycling at the curb by 7:30 a.m., rain, snow or shine! Routes can change at any time and so can your pickup time.
