Construction has continued to progress for the Sherwin-Williams R & D Headquarters, with 3 lab wings now under construction, as well as part of the main building and other ancillary structures.
The walling of the top floor of the Valor Acres multifamily building is currently underway, and construction of the townhomes between the multifamily building and Brecksville Road has commenced.
It is anticipated that a preliminary layout for the first phase of the multi-use area along Miller Road will be submitted by the end of the year. Please stay tuned for further updates!

Groundbreaking occured on October 22, 2021. Governor Dewine, US Senator Portman, Brecksville Mayor Jerry Hruby, County Executive Armond Budish, state senator Dolan, State Representative Robinson addressed the audience along with host Sherwin-Williams COE Morikios.
