They are located in our industrial area at the south end of the city. This location, over 900 acres, is ideally situated on Interstate-77 and adjacent to the Ohio Turnpike.

All utilities, power, gas, water and sewer are in place. Our industrial area, is centrally located approximately 15 miles from downtown Cleveland, with easy access to the east or west by use of Interstate 480. The RTA bus line is great for business travel to and from Cleveland and Akron, with stops located throughout Brecksville.
