Vision Loss Tips from the Sight Center

Brecksville Human Services Center.
The Cleveland Sight Center’s Alicia Howerton and Tom Sawyer will present a program called, “Tips, Techniques and Tools,” to help people live better with vision loss.
Everyone is welcome regardless of city of residence.
Alicia has worked in various rolls at the Cleveland Sight Center for the past eight years, but has personally been dealing with vision loss for forty years.
Tom Sawyer has been helping people who have vision loss by understanding their needs and abilities for the past ten years.
Alicia and Tom will talk about the proper use of lighting, contrast, tactile tools, magnification and more. In addition they will talk about the use of different products and devices that can make a significant impact on performing daily activities. More importantly, they want to answer your questions about living with vision loss.
