Recreation Director
	Tom Tupa Tom Tupa is a long-time resident of the City of Brecksville. Tom's mother and father moved here from Broadview Heights some thirty-six years ago and he and his parents have made Brecksville their home ever since. They take pride in the community and its development. Before Tom's eighteen year career in the NFL, he majored in economics at Ohio State University.
Tom is married to his lovely wife, Beth. They have four beautiful children; three boys–Tommy, Timmy and Tyler and one daughter, Emma. All of Tom's spare time is spent enjoying his family, coaching his children in their various sports and indulging in his favorite hobby of golf.

Aquatics & Facilities Coordinator
	Bob Pliske Bob has been with The City of Brecksville since 1992. He opened the Community Center as The Aquatic Coordinator and has recently added the Facility Coordinator title to his duties.
His responsibilities include overseeing the aquatics and physical operations of the Community Center. Bob graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelors degree in leisure services. Bob has over twenty years experience in the aquatics and facility operations field with many related certifications. Bob is married and has two children."I enjoy working for the City of Brecksville and serving the community. It is an extremely well run city."

Fitness Director
	Steve Paciorek Steve Paciorek is the Fitness Director for the Brecksville Community Center. Steve has 25 of experience as a fitness professional and Personal Trainer and is certified through The American Council on Exercise and The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. He is currently working on his MPH (Masters of Public Health) at Kent State University and resides in Brecksville with his wife Jennifer.

Assistant Fitness Coordinator and Wellness Director
	Rhonda Miko Rhonda began her position with the City of Brecksville in 1999, as a part-time Fitness Coordinator. With the growing number of members at the Community Center, Rhonda was hired full-time in 2003. Rhonda is a certified Spinning Instructor and Personal Trainer. She resides in Brecsville and has 4 children.

Assistant Aquatics Coordinator
Erin Kubat
	Erin is assistant to Bob Pliske and oversees the Aquatics programs such as Learn to Swim, Aquanauts, Kids n Co, Pre-School I and II, Lifeguard Training as well as Babysitting Training and Water Exercise. Erin has been with the Recreation Department since 1999. She is now married to her husband Milan and lives in North Royalton. Erin graduated from Cleveland State University with a Masters in Business Administration. When not in the pool area, she enjoys teaching spinning and fitness classes.

Supervisor of Administrative Services
	Kelly McNeill Kelly is the assistant to Tom Tupa. She is the Special Events Coordinator for the Community Center and handles rentals, as well. Kelly is also the Clerk of Recreation Commission. She is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelors degree in Interpersonal Communications.
Prior to her position, Kelly worked in the hospitality industry for seven years in a variety of different positions. (Concierge, Front Desk Clerk, Sales and Catering assistant, Executive Meeting Manager) for Marriott Corp. and was the Market Research Analyst for the Ritz-Carlton in Cleveland. Kelly resides in Brecksville along with her sons, Matthew and Kyle.

Finance/Customer Service Clerk
	Padmini Patnaik Padmini has worked for the City of Brecksville since 2002. Prior to her current position she worked at Key Bank for 10 years. She has been a resident of Brecksville resident since 1992, and has 2 children. She enjoys walking and reading.
