The Brecksville Police Department is part of a multi-jurisdictional regional group law enforcement agencies that shares resources and manpower to staff a highly trained SWAT team. The Southeast Enforcement Bureau, or SEB, trains regularly for all types of callouts, including hostage negotiation, active shooters and terrorist incidents.
