I’m honored to represent the outstanding men and women of the City of Brecksville Police Department. These individuals dedicate themselves to proactive, community-oriented, professional policing. The safety and security we enjoy results from a partnership between the department and the community. We are a reflection of that community, its energy, professionalism and values.

Our low crime rate can be attributed to the contact made by officers in the field, aggressive investigative follow-up and the citizens who contribute by reporting suspicious activity. Brecksville residents have reduced the opportunity for crime by locking doors, keeping valuables secure and installing reliable alarm systems. The majority of our residents and business people know what to do during a crisis. Their preparedness does not drain police resourced during an emergency.
